Calls are answered in under a second, at any hour. Vox greets callers naturally, in a warm voice, and handles the conversation — dates, covers, timing changes, special requests.
3 · It books against real availability
Vox checks your live availability as it talks, so it never promises a table you don't have. Confirmed bookings are written straight to your booking log.
4 · You see everything
Every call appears in your dashboard with its transcript and recording. Bookings, analytics, live tables — the whole phone line becomes visible, for the first time.
What a European pilot looks like
We set up Vox for your venue together — your menu, your hours, your booking rules — and run it on real calls with clear success criteria we define with you. The European build (local language, local number, local integrations) is developed with pilot partners; you shape it.
There's no rate card at this stage and no lock-in: commercial terms are agreed per pilot.
