Privacy notice

This notice covers biteperk.com, the international site of BitePerk Pty Ltd (Sydney, Australia). It explains what we collect here, why, and the choices you have. A full GDPR-aligned notice, including the arrangements for European voice deployments, is being finalised with counsel and will replace this page.

What we collect on this site

The contact form asks for your name, work email, venue name and message. We use these to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask about a pilot, to organise it. Nothing else on this site collects personal data: there is no advertising tracking, and no analytics cookies run without consent.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored with our infrastructure provider, Google Cloud (Firestore), in an Australian region, and a notification email is sent to our team. If you are in the EU/EEA this involves a transfer of your data outside the EEA; we limit it to the enquiry itself and are putting standard contractual clauses and a European data path in place as part of our European launch.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any pilot that follows, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights and contact

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Write to hello@biteperk.com.au and we'll act on it promptly.
