BitePerk Pty Ltd builds voice and AI tools for hospitality. We started where the pain is sharpest — the phone — and shipped Vox, an AI host that answers restaurant calls and books tables in production, today, in Australia.

Where we are

BitePerk was built in Sydney, where Vox answers real calls for paying venues as VoxTable. Europe is our next market: we're opening pilot partnerships with venues in France and Belgium, and building the European version — local languages, local numbers — with them.

How we operate

Three principles run through everything: a human stays in the loop — Vox hands over when a call needs a person, and every conversation is reviewable. We're honest about what's live — production features and in-development features are labelled as what they are. And privacy is a design input, not a retrofit — calls are processed to complete bookings, not to profile guests.

Why the phone

Missed calls are missed revenue — every unanswered ring at 7pm on a Friday is a table that books somewhere else. The phone is still how a huge share of guests book, and it's the one channel restaurants have never been able to see into. Vox answers it, and makes it visible.
