About BitePerk

Built in Surry Hills,
answering Australia-wide.

We're a small Sydney company with one obsession: the restaurant phone that nobody can reach during service. Everything we build starts there.

Why we built this

Walk past any good restaurant on a Friday night and you'll hear it: a phone ringing out while every single person on the floor is doing exactly what they should be doing — looking after the room. That ringing phone is a booking walking to the venue next door.

BitePerk exists to end that trade-off. Our AI phone host, Bella, answers every call in a warm Australian voice, checks real availability, and writes the booking straight to the venue's screen. The team never leaves the floor; the guest never hits voicemail.

We deliberately build a small, careful catalogue — no buzzword roadmaps, no platform pitches. Software that solves one front-of-house problem properly, then the next one.

Hands cutting vegetables with a knife on a board.
How we work

Three principles we don't bend.

A human in the loop, by design

When Bella isn't confident, she doesn't guess — she takes a message and flags your team to call back. A low-confidence moment becomes a callback, not a wrong booking.

Australian, all the way down

Built and supported from Sydney. Booking records stored in Australia, call recordings auto-delete after 30 days, never used to train AI models. Privacy Act compliant.

Honest by default

Flat pricing with no per-cover fees. Product pages that say "in development" when something's in development. We'd rather earn trust slowly than claim it.

Where we are

A real office, real hours, a phone we answer.
