The short version
We keep tracking to a minimum and we ask first. Nothing non-essential runs until you choose Accept, "Reject all" is one click, and you can change your mind any time from (also linked in the footer of every page). Our analytics are cookieless by design, and marketing cookies only ever load if you switch them on.
Strictly necessary
Remembers your theme and your cookie choice so the site works and doesn't ask you twice. Stored only in your browser (localStorage) — never sent to a server, no personal data.
These are stored with your browser's localStorage — technically not cookies, never sent to a server, and they hold no personal data:

Analytics Configured, not yet live
Privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that counts page visits and which links help visitors — aggregated, no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles.
We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It is cookieless — it sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profile of you — and we run it first-party through our own server. It only records aggregate visits once you opt in to Analytics.
Marketing Configured, not yet live
The LinkedIn Insight Tag, so we can measure our LinkedIn ads and show relevant updates to people who've visited. This one sets third-party cookies — it only runs if you switch it on.
When enabled and accepted, the LinkedIn Insight Tag sets third-party cookies to measure our LinkedIn advertising and let us reach venues who've visited. These may include:

If you withdraw marketing consent we stop loading the tag immediately and clear the cookies we can reach. Some LinkedIn cookies are set on LinkedIn's own domains and can only be cleared by LinkedIn or from your browser settings — they expire on LinkedIn's schedule.
