Meet Vox

One AI phone host
for your restaurant.

A warm Australian voice that answers every call, day or night. Start with bookings; add takeaway, concierge and drive-thru as you need them — same agent, same voice, your whole front-of-house line handled.

What Vox does

Four jobs. One agent, one voice.

Vox handles your phone line end to end. Bookings and takeaway ordering are live today; the rest switch on as they ship — no new number, no second system to learn.

Vox Table
Live

Never miss another booking — even when every line's busy.

Bella answers every call in a warm Australian voice, books the table, and never sleeps — the AI phone host built for Sydney restaurants.

Vox Order
Live

Never lose a takeaway order to a phone nobody can reach.

A voice agent that takes pickup orders, reads the menu in your accent, and drops the ticket straight into your POS — so no order is ever lost to a busy line.

Vox Concierge
In development

Turn no-shows and waitlists into filled tables.

The bit between the booking and the guest sitting down. Waitlist management, post-booking texts, no-show recovery — quietly handled.

Vox Drive
Concept

Keep the morning drive-thru queue moving.

A voice agent for the drive-thru window, built for the Australian morning rush — local accents, local orders, local rhythm. Not a US franchise script bolted onto an Aussie café.

How we keep it accurate

A human in the loop, by design.

Vox is built to know the limits of a phone call. When Bella is confident, she handles the whole conversation — the booking, the details, the confirmation. When she isn't — a tricky request, a name she can't quite catch — she doesn't guess. She takes the caller's details and a message, and flags your team to call them back.

A low-confidence moment becomes a callback, not a wrong booking. That's the difference between a voice agent you can leave on the line on a Friday night and one you can't.

See how the whole stack works

We used to lose tables every Friday night just because nobody could reach the phone. Bella picks up every single call — and the bookings just appear on our screen. It paid for itself in the first week.

Common questions

Vox, answered plainly.

How hard is it to get started?
It's a phone number, not a hardware install. You forward your existing line to Vox — about five minutes with your phone provider — with no new hardware, no apps, and nothing for your team to learn. You keep your number, and most venues are live the same day.
What can Vox do today, and what's coming?
Today Vox does two live jobs: it takes bookings (already serving paying venues) and it handles takeaway and pickup orders. The front-of-house concierge is in active development, and a drive-thru capability is on the drawing board. Start with what you need now and switch the rest on as they ship — same agent, same voice.
Can I start with just bookings?
Yes — that's exactly how Vox works. Every venue starts with the live bookings capability, then turns on add-ons when they need them. They're capabilities of the same agent, not separate products to buy and wire up again.
What happens if Bella isn't sure what a caller wants?
She doesn't guess. If a call is unclear — a tricky request, a name she can't quite catch — Bella takes the caller's details and a message and flags your team to call them back, so an uncertain moment becomes a callback rather than a wrong booking.
Does Vox actually sound Australian?
Yes. Bella speaks natural Australian English and is tuned for local suburb and street names — not an overseas call centre. It's one of the first things owners notice.
What does Vox cost?
The live bookings capability is flat monthly pricing with a free week to try it — no per-call or per-cover fees. See the VoxTable page for current plans. As new capabilities ship, we'll price them honestly and only for what you switch on.
