Quick answers

How soon will I hear back after sending the form?
We usually reply within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST). Messages sent outside those hours are picked up when we are back.
What does booking a demo involve?
A 15-minute call about your venue and your phone, with no slides. We then set Bella up on a test line for your venue, on a number you can ring yourself, and you decide whether she belongs on your line.
Is BitePerk only for venues near the Surry Hills office?
No. The team works from Surry Hills in Sydney and sets venues up remotely, anywhere in Australia.
Can I listen to Bella before I get in touch?
