By using https://biteperk.com.au or any Biteperk product, you agree to these terms. If you're using a Biteperk product on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to do so on its behalf.
What we provide
Biteperk publishes information about its products through this website. Specific products (VoxTable, and future products in this catalogue) have their own service agreements that govern usage and pricing. Where those agreements conflict with these terms, the product-specific agreement wins.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law with our products. Don't try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the services. Don't use Biteperk to harass or impersonate others. We can suspend or terminate access if these things happen.
Pricing and billing
VoxTable is currently $80 AUD per month, flat, with no per-cover fees and no lock-in. Pricing for future products will be disclosed on their respective pages before sign-up.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is". We work hard to keep things working — and our paying customers have specific commitments in their product agreements — but the marketing website itself comes with no warranty.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to AUD $100. Customer agreements for paid products contain their own, appropriately scaled limitations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in NSW courts.
