Concept
Drive-thru, thought through.
The order point is the hardest voice problem in hospitality: engine noise, a queue behind, and a customer who will not repeat themselves twice.

Not built and not available anywhere. This page exists because we would rather show you the roadmap than let you find out later that it was marketing.
What it actually does
The problem is noise, not language
Order-point audio is engine, weather and a speaker designed in the nineties. Getting that right is a different engineering problem from answering a phone, and we are treating it as one.
Speed is the whole product
A drive-thru is judged in seconds per car. An assistant that is pleasant but slower than the teenager it replaced is not worth deploying.
Where it sits
Behind bookings, ordering and concierge — all of which serve far more venues. We would rather ship three things properly than four things partly.
Questions we get asked
Can we pilot it?
Not yet — there is nothing to pilot. If you operate drive-thru sites we would genuinely like to hear what the current setup gets wrong.
