Hotels
The room-booking call, answered in the guest's language.
Reception has a queue at the desk and a phone that will not stop. VoxStay is designed to take the booking call — eight languages, the real rate with taxes, a secure payment link by text — and to ring the front desk the moment anything falls outside that.
In development · pilot partners wanted
VoxStay is in development. There is no live hotel yet; every claim on this page is about how it is designed, and the first pilot hotels are being sought in the EU.
The problem
Independent hotels lose bookings at reception's busiest moments, and the caller who reaches voicemail books elsewhere or through a channel that takes a cut.
What it costs
A direct booking lost to a busy line is margin handed to a marketplace — or a room that stays empty.
- Calls arrive when the desk is busiest
- Callers switch to channels that take commission
- Language mismatches end calls early
How VoxStay is designed to handle it
Answer in the caller's language, offer rooms, quote the real price including taxes, take a name and mobile number, text a secure payment link — and never take a card number on the call.
Answers in eight languages
French, English, Flemish, Italian, German, Spanish, Mandarin and Japanese.
Quotes what is really available
Rooms and prices come from the hotel's live rates; it cannot invent a price.
Secures the booking by text
A payment link on the guest's phone — no card details spoken aloud.
Falls back to the desk
If anything fails, the call rings the front desk exactly as it does today.
What it is built to do
Multilingual by design
The guest's language, not a menu of options.
Honest pricing
Real rates with taxes; nothing quoted that is not in the hotel's system.
No card numbers on the call
Payment happens on a secure link, on the guest's own phone.
Built for the EU first
Designed for EU hotels and EU data residency from the start — which is where the first pilot hotels are being sought.
What it is meant to change
- Direct bookings taken while the desk is busy
- Fewer callers lost to language
- No commission on a call your own phone answered
- Reception free for the guests in front of it

Questions hotels ask
Is VoxStay available now?
Not yet — it is in development, with a working demonstration. We are looking for pilot hotels in the EU; nothing here describes a live deployment.
What happens when the AI is unsure?
The call rings the front desk as it does today. VoxStay is designed to take the ordinary booking, not to replace reception.
