Product update: a UK company and a new booking-app address
What shipped in August 2026: a UK company so UK customers contract with a UK entity, and a new home for the VoxTable booking app. Both are smaller than they sound, and neither changes how your phone is answered.
A UK company for UK customers
We registered Biteperk Ltd in England and Wales (company number 17379647). For a restaurant in the UK, it means the company you’d contract with, and that handles your data, is a UK entity — the details are on our UK site’s company page.
Why
If you run a venue in the UK, you should be dealing with a UK company, not a form on an overseas website. Registering the entity is the honest first step before offering pilots there.
What it does not do yet
This is a registered office, not a premises. There is still no UK staff, no UK phone line and no local team — a registered office is an address on a filing, nothing more. The UK is a pilot market; the product is live in Australia. We don’t claim a London office because we don’t have one.
Update, October 2026: that has changed. Biteperk Ltd now works from 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, with meetings by appointment. There is still no UK phone line.
The booking app moved
The VoxTable booking app — where your team sees and manages the bookings Bella takes — now lives at a new web address, voxtable.biteperk.com.au. If you use the app, you may notice the address in your browser; your login and your data are unchanged.
Why
The app carries the product’s name now, which is clearer than the old address. Old links keep working while the move settles, so nothing breaks if you have it bookmarked.
What this means for your venue
For an Australian restaurant, nothing about the phone changes. Bella still answers every call on your existing number, bookings still land in the same diary, and your records are still stored in Sydney. The UK company and the new app address are housekeeping that makes the next steps cleaner — not a change you need to plan around.
If you’re comparing options for the first time, the useful reads are what missed calls really cost your restaurant and how to forward your restaurant phone to an AI host. The VoxTable page sets out exactly what the booking side does.
How to get it
Nothing to do if you’re an existing customer — same app, same login, same number. UK operators who want to try a pilot can get in touch; the UK site has the local details. Australian restaurants can book a demo and hear Bella on a real call.
See it in action
VoxTable answers every restaurant call in a warm Australian voice and books the table — 24/7, from $80/month. Built, hosted and supported in Sydney.
