Product update: VoxStay for hotels, and a simpler site

A neatly made hotel bed beside a bright window

What shipped in September 2026: a fifth product for hotels, more European city pages, a cleaner phone menu, and privacy-first analytics. Here’s what changed, and where each thing honestly stands.

VoxStay for hotels (in development)

VoxStay is a new Vox product for hotels, and it’s now on the site as an in-development product — real, with a working demo, but not something a hotel can switch on today. Its page says so plainly.

What it’s designed to do: answer a hotel’s phone in several languages, quote a real price including taxes, and text a secure payment link rather than ever reading a card number aloud on the call. If it isn’t sure of an answer, it falls back to ringing the front desk.

What it does not do yet

VoxStay has no live hotel behind it yet, so there are no results and no pricing to quote — every claim on its page is about how it’s built, not about a hotel using it. It’s in development, and we mark it that way rather than implying it’s ready.

French and Belgian city pages

We published city pages across France and Belgium, so an operator there can read about phone answering in their own language and market — the same honest, no-local-office framing as our UK pages. These are pilot markets; the product is live in Australia.

A simpler menu, and privacy-first analytics

On phones and tablets, the whole site now shares one menu bar and one way to switch region, instead of a different layout per market. It’s less to think about and works the same everywhere.

We also moved to cookieless, privacy-first analytics we host ourselves. We count visits to improve the site; we don’t set marketing cookies or track you across the web. Details are in our cookie policy.

New proof: Mazcina Resto-Bar

We published our first customer case study — Mazcina Resto-Bar in Darlinghurst, Sydney — with the owners’ approval. It’s a real venue using VoxTable and VoxOrder, in their own words.

What this means for your venue

If you run a restaurant in Australia, the product you’d use hasn’t changed: VoxTable for bookings and VoxOrder for takeaway, answered by Bella on your existing number. What September added is mostly around the edges — clearer navigation, less tracking, and more honest detail on what’s live and what isn’t. If you run a hotel, our hotel FAQ is the plain-English version of where VoxStay stands.

How to get it

Restaurants can book a demo and hear Bella answer a live call. Hotels curious about VoxStay can register interest through the VoxStay page — you’ll get the pilot path, not a signup for something that isn’t ready.

See it in action

VoxTable answers every restaurant call in a warm Australian voice and books the table — 24/7, from $80/month. Built, hosted and supported in Sydney.
