Product update: Vox, and new sites for the UK, France and Belgium

A plated dish with a fork and knife, seen close up

What shipped in July 2026: our voice products are now the Vox family, and BitePerk went international with sites for the United Kingdom, France and Belgium. Here’s what changed and, just as importantly, what it doesn’t do yet.

The Vox product family

The voice products now share one name. VoxTable answers your phone and books tables. VoxOrder takes takeaway and pickup orders over the phone. VoxConcierge handles front-of-house questions. All of them are answered by the same Australian voice host, Bella.

If you saw these under an earlier name, nothing about your service changed — the same host, the same number, the same bookings. Older links and printed cards still work; they point at the new pages automatically.

Why the change

One clear family name makes it easier to talk about what each product does. A restaurant that starts with bookings can add takeaway later without learning a new product — it’s the same host picking up more of the calls your team can’t get to during service.

What it does not do yet

The Vox family is voice-first. It answers calls, books tables and takes orders; it is not a full point-of-sale or a marketing platform. VoxDrive (drive-thru) remains a concept, not something you can buy today, and we say so on its page.

Sites for the UK, France and Belgium

BitePerk now has dedicated sites for the United Kingdom, France and Belgium, each in its own language and region. We also published city pages for eight UK cities — London, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Bristol and Liverpool — so an operator in those cities can read about phone answering in their own market.

What it does not do yet

These are pilot markets. The product is live in Australia; outside Australia it is a pilot programme you can book. There is no local office and no local phone line in the UK, France or Belgium — the way to start there is to book a pilot, and the site says exactly that. Australian pricing appears only on the Australian site, because it’s an Australian offer.

A new Australian address

Our registered address moved to Level 1, 457–459 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The published phone number is unchanged. If you list BitePerk in a directory or your own records, this is the current address.

How to get it

If you’re already with us, there’s nothing to do — you’re on Vox, on the same number. The VoxTable page has the full detail on bookings. If you’re a restaurant weighing it up, book a demo and you’ll hear Bella answer a real call before you decide. Prefer to read first? Start with what missed phone calls really cost your restaurant.

See it in action
