FAQ

Can hotels use it, or is it only for restaurants?

Restaurants, yes, today. Hotels — that’s VoxStay, and it’s still in development. We won’t tell you a hotel product is ready when it isn’t. VoxTable and VoxOrder are live for restaurants and takeaway now. VoxStay, the Vox product for hotels, is real and has a working demo, but it isn’t something a hotel can switch on yet — so here’s the honest picture.

What’s live now

For restaurants, cafés and takeaway venues, Bella answers the phone, books tables and takes orders today. If you run a restaurant, none of what follows is a “coming soon” — you can book a demo and start.

What VoxStay is designed to do

VoxStay is being built to answer a hotel’s phone in several languages, quote a real price including taxes, and text the caller a secure payment link rather than ever reading a card number aloud on the call. If it isn’t sure of an answer, it’s designed to fall back to ringing the front desk — the same don’t-guess principle Bella uses on a restaurant line.

What it can’t do yet — plainly

VoxStay is in development. There’s no live hotel running on it, so there are no results to point to and no pricing to quote. Every claim we make about it is about how it’s built, not about a hotel using it in the wild. We mark it “in development” on its own page for exactly this reason — a hotel deserves to know it’s early, not to be sold a finished product that doesn’t exist.

If you run a hotel

The honest path is a conversation, not a signup. If VoxStay’s approach fits how your front desk runs, register your interest and we’ll talk about a pilot when it’s ready — you won’t be signing up for something that isn’t there.

Restaurants: see the VoxTable page and book a demo. Hotels: the VoxStay page has the current, honest detail on where the product stands, and the September 2026 product update covers why we announced it early.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a version for hotels?
There's VoxStay, the Vox product for hotels — but it's still in development. It's real and has a working demo, yet it isn't something a hotel can switch on today, and we say so on its page.
What is VoxStay designed to do?
Answer a hotel's phone in several languages, quote a real price including taxes, and text a secure payment link rather than read a card number aloud. If it's unsure, it's designed to ring the front desk.
Why can't my hotel start with VoxStay now?
Because it's in development — there's no live hotel on it yet, so no results and no pricing to quote. Every claim is about how it's built, not a hotel using it. We won't sell it as finished when it isn't.
Can restaurants use BitePerk today?
Yes. VoxTable for bookings and VoxOrder for takeaway are live now for restaurants, cafés and takeaway venues — you can book a demo and start.
How does a hotel get involved with VoxStay?
By registering interest for a pilot rather than signing up for a live product. If the approach fits your front desk, we'll talk about a pilot when it's ready.
