Is there a lock-in contract, and how do I cancel?
Simple, flat pricing — and no games at the exit. BitePerk is a flat monthly plan: no per-cover fee, no per-call fee, no “success fee” on every booking Bella takes. This page explains how the plan works and how leaving works, and points you at the exact terms so nothing about your commitment is a surprise.
How the plan works
You pay a flat monthly fee and Bella answers your calls — the price doesn’t climb because you had a good Saturday. That matters, because per-booking or per-cover pricing quietly punishes the busy nights you’re trying to win. Larger and multi-location venues have plans that scale up, but the principle is the same: predictable, not metered on your success.
Cancelling
We’d rather earn the next month than trap you into it. If BitePerk isn’t working for your venue, you can stop — the specifics of notice and billing are set out in your plan terms, so you can read exactly what applies before you sign, not discover it when you leave. If you’re weighing it up, ask us directly and we’ll give you the straight version in writing.
Start small if you’re unsure
You don’t have to hand Bella every call on day one. Many venues start with her as backup — picking up only the calls the team misses — and widen her role once they trust her. That’s a lower-risk way in than an all-or-nothing switch, and it means the plan is proving itself on real calls from the start.
Why we price this way
The whole pitch is that you stop losing bookings to a phone nobody could get to. Charging you more for each booking Bella saves would undercut that. A flat fee keeps our interests and yours pointed the same way: get every call answered, whatever kind of night it is.
